The customer service was great. Called them on Monday made my order and had it delivered the next day. No wait and the wood is clean and ready to burn.

My first time using this company and they were awesome!!! I ordered 5 yards of black mulch and had their staff put down the mulch in front and backyard. They were professional, quick and friendly. Afterwards they cleaned up all the areas where mulch spilled onto driveway and patio.

I used to order from Got Mulch, but not anymore. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future mulching needs! Thanks !

From texting questions in the chat window online all the way to the end process of delivery… My questions were answered clearly; the delivery and racking were completed quickly and professionally. I will be ordering another cord again by mid-August. Definitely the best service on all of Long Island!

Conveniently placed order with sales associate via text message, was very helpful and informative. Ordered 1/2 cord of kiln dried wood, it was delivered the same day. Very little scraps/chunks after stacking the logs. I have also purchased bagged kiln dried wood from them in the past. The bagged wood overall was slightly cleaner (less dirty in appearance) but I was informed prior to delivery the bags are hand picked to be that way and come at a higher price for that reason.

All hard wood and all uniform in size. No dirt or other junk mixed in ( as mentioned in their ad ) delivery was professional and on time. Price was about average but they go the extra mile to screen it to remove the dirt and no one else that as far as I know. I will definitely be using them again.

The price and service was great. They where very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I ordered the 15 dollar a yard brown wood chips thinking they would last that color the summer, only to have them fade out about a week or so later. Little disappointed in that.

I've been getting my fire wood from LI Firewood for a few years now because the wood is actually seasoned. A lot of places advertise seasoned wood, but it is not! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they come on time. Any questions or concerns you may have are easily answered. The owner will even personally handle any issues and I feel he always has the customer's best interest at heart.
