Great response time. They call back quickly and the wood delivery is not filled with useless mulch. They screen the wood before loading so you do not have a huge mess to clean up. I recommend getting a delivery of even “seasoned” wood a few months early to stack and dry before burning.

I have used Long Island Firewood and Mulch previously and they have always been great. Recently I used them to install my mulch and I was very pleased. They were neat clean and efficient would definitely recommend them.

The price and service was great. They where very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I ordered the 15 dollar a yard brown wood chips thinking they would last that color the summer, only to have them fade out about a week or so later. Little disappointed in that.

From texting questions in the chat window online all the way to the end process of delivery… My questions were answered clearly; the delivery and racking were completed quickly and professionally. My first time using this company and they were awesome!!! I ordered 5 yards of black mulch and had their staff put down the mulch in front and backyard. They were professional, quick and friendly. Afterwards they cleaned up all the areas where mulch spilled onto driveway and patio.

The customer service was great. Called them on Monday made my order and had it delivered the next day. No wait and the wood is clean and ready to burn.

All hard wood and all uniform in size. No dirt or other junk mixed in ( as mentioned in their ad ) delivery was professional and on time. Price was about average but they go the extra mile to screen it to remove the dirt and no one else that as far as I know. I will definitely be using them again.
